Submit registration changes or cancellations

Registration Cancellation Deadline: Monday, January 23, 2017, at 11:59 PM (EST)

  • Registration Cancellation Fee: $75
  • No refunds will be honored for cancellations received after the Monday, January 23 deadline
  • Refunds will be processed after the Symposium
  • Paper processing fees are nonrefundable
  • Retain Virtual Meeting and/or Meeting Slides access through the ASCO University Bookstore.

Registration substitutions must be made in writing and must be submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee. Requests may be sent by email

Hotel Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Changes and Cancellations: Until Wednesday, January 11, at 11:59 PM (EST), changes or cancellations can be made online. Changes and cancellations cannot be made on Thursday, January 12. Beginning Friday, January 13, contact the hotel listed on your hotel confirmation directly to change or cancel a reservation.

FINAL Hotel Reservation Cancellation Deadline: 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the daily room rate plus tax if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
