Partnering for Success: Patient Advocate – Clinician Workshop

Saturday, February 17 from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Join in a collaborative roundtable discussion to gain insight on ways to develop and improve communication between members of the care team, including clinicians, advocates, and survivors. Discussion topics will include care coordination, sexual health and intimacy, and psycho-social issues.
