The 2018 Cancer Survivorship Symposium program provides information that is relevant throughout the entire cancer care continuum, from risk assessment and care-delivery models to how best to provide multidisciplinary education and training. Presentations of scientific research are accompanied by contextual discussions, allowing for a more complete perspective on current data.
The Cancer Survivorship Symposium is a collaboration between primary care and oncology professionals that aims to explore the needs of survivors, with a focus on ongoing care, surveillance for cancer recurrence, creating care plans in the clinical setting, and the care for long-term treatment effects. Abstracts will be discussed in two dedicated Oral Abstract Sessions, providing ample context around the scientific data.
